Socrates once urged: "Know thyself!" His words inspired me to become a psychotherapist and they continue to be the guiding principle of my work.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist and Sex Therapist, I have been providing therapeutic services to diverse client population presenting with a wide range of concerns. I am an active, solution-focused therapist. I integrate complementary, evidence-based methodologies and techniques tailored to specific needs of my clients with whom I work collaboratively to address their personal challenges.

With compassion, curiosity, and sense of humor, I help my clients fully enjoy their lives as they gain greater awareness of themselves and others.
