$125 per 50- minute session

$200 per 90- minute session

Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am a contracted provider with few insurance companies. Please inquire at our first contact. You will be, however, responsible for any and all fees not reimbursed by your insurance company (e.g. late cancellations, missed appointments). In the event that I am not a contracted provider with your particular insurance company, I can provide you with a statement, which you can submit to the third-party of your choice to seek reimbursement of fees already paid.

Insurance and Confidentiality

Please be aware that disclosure of confidential information may be required by your health insurance carrier in order to process the claims. You must be aware that submitting a mental health invoice for reimbursement carries a certain amount of risk to confidentiality, privacy or to future eligibility to obtain health or life insurance.
